The existing inline Family Dollar has been operating out of the Greenbrier Market Place Plaza for over 25 years. The need to expand and relocate this store to a freestanding location is to accommodate higher than average store sales and to add more store items like frozen food, tobacco and beer.

The city of East Point is conveniently located next to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and minutes away from downtown Atlanta, with access to three major interstates and MARTA.
