Founded in 1975 by Sidney H. Newburger and Jerry M. Andes as a real estate investment firm, Newburger-Andes is now one of Atlanta’s most respected full-service real estate companies. Amy Newburger-Silver and David Andes carry on the tradition of a family-oriented company committed to our partners, our tenants, our clients and our associates. As a second-generation, family-owned real estate firm, business is personal.
