All tenants must obtain and maintain “Business General Liability Coverage” (herein referred to as “COI”) and submit said proof to Landlord, per the Lease Agreement.

If tenant fails to obtain or maintain Certificate of Insurance, Newburger Andes will no longer accept rent payments until a valid COI is sent to Newburger Andes.  Once rent payments are rejected tenant's account will be deemed in default. Tenant's account will remain in default until Newburger Andes receives valid COI.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

***PLEASE USE YOUR BUSINESS PROPERTY ADDRESS, NOT YOUR HOME ADDRESS.

** All payments made by 8:59 PM will be posted to your account next business day.

** All payment made after 9:00 PM will be posted to your account in 1-2 buisness days.

** Any payments made after the 5th a 10% late fee will be applied to your account.

** There will be a small processing fee for Visa, MasterCard and Discover fee of 2.99%. American Express fee of 3.74% and Debit Card a flat fee of $7.95.

** There will be a $75 fee for any NSF regardless of reason.
