The firm acquired the following three properties in the fourth quarter of 2012: Commerce Circle, a multi-tenant industrial project in Atlanta; a free-standing Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) on Memorial Drive; and a free-standing Dollar General in Carrollton, Ga.
