Joseph Culotta

As Director of Sales & Leasing, Joe is involved in the day-to-day sales and leasing of more than 2 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties managed by Newburger-Andes.  He is also active with commercial brokerage transactions.  His thorough understanding of a real estate deal brings value to the sales and leasing team.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance.  His favorite activity is spending time with his wife Michelle and twin boys.
