Charlie Pate

As Sales & Leasing Executive, Charlie is involved in the daily operations of leasing retail, office and industrial properties within the Newburger-Andes portfolio.  He is recognized for his strong relationships with retailers, brokers and businesses.  His dedication to personal service has resulted in long-term tenant representation relationships with an average of 12 years.

Since joining Newburger-Andes in 1981, Charlie has complete over 1250 transactions valued in excess of $157 million.

He enjoys visiting his children at college in Los Angeles and Boston, spending time with family, boating, fishing and biking at the beach.
