Caroline Hall

Our new addition to the team, Caroline Hall, is focused on representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions as well as sellers and buyers in sales transactions for retail, office and industrial properties. Additionally, she will be working directly with John Woodhams, CCIM in underwriting investment properties on behalf of Newburger-Andes and its investors and clients.

Caroline was adopted from Russia and raised in Atlanta. Growing up she enjoyed traveling the world with her family and attending radio sales events with her mother, which is where her interest in sales originated.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her daughter, Catherine, and her dog, Iris. She also enjoys spending time at Lake Lanier and doing puzzles with her family.

After high school, she spent time traveling across the country and enjoyed looking for places to stay on her excursions, where she fell in love with the process of finding properties. She reached out to friends and family and carefully curated places for them to make great memories. Caroline is looking forward to combining her passion for real estate and sales skills to be able to find the perfect property for her clients!
