TitleMax currently has over 1350 locations in 16 states has been operating in Norcross for 13 years and from this location for over 5 years. The Company has agreed to enter into a new 10 year lease upon our purchase of the location. The location sits on a corner at a signalized light and is the only entrance to a newly constructed 150,000 square foot Walmart store.

Down the street from our location will be a newly constructed diverging diamond interchange on the bridge at Jimmy Carter Blvd and Highway I-85. The construction is expected to be completed by year end. Also nearby, Atlanta Media Campus & Studios will be constructing the largest movie studio in Georgia and the fourth largest studio lot in the country. The project is expected to cost just under $1 billion and upon completion, the studio is expected to bring just under 10,000 new jobs to Gwinnett, increasing the economic output in Gwinnett County by $1.2 billion.
